I am a laparoscopic (keyhole) surgeon who specialises in weight loss surgery such as sleeve gastrectomy and gastric balloon insertion as well as General and Upper GI surgery such as gallbladder removal, hernia repair, and surgery for acid reflux.

I am a substantive NHS consultant based at the Royal Derby Hospital, and an honorary Assistant Professor at School of Medicine, University of Nottingham.
